Courier Guy to ensure reliable, timely deliveries. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is ready for dispatch.
For pre-orders, please allow an additional 7-14 days for production, as we make these items in limited quantities to avoid dead stock.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery: We use The Courier Guy's standard delivery service to ship nationwide.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within major cities and 2-5 business days for more remote areas.
Same-Day or Express Delivery (if available): For urgent deliveries, please contact us at hello@dreya.co.za before placing your order to confirm express options and costs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your shipment in real-time on The Courier Guy’s website by entering your tracking number.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible during business hours. The Courier Guy may require a signature upon delivery.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, The Courier Guy will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery. Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
International Shipping
At this time, Dreya ships within South Africa only. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
